500g of Bavette Dallas
700g of rump meat cut into strips
1 cup of soy sauce
5 eggs
1 spoon of butter
1 bunch of chives (chopped)
1 spoon of butter
1 spoon of oil
Chopped ginger
Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

- Bring a pan of water to a boil and add salt to taste, when it starts bubbling, add the Bavette Dallas dough.
- Fry the meat cut into strips with a little oil, then add 1 liter of water, soy sauce, salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
- Beat the eggs, seasoned with salt to taste, until a very fine mixture. In a skillet, place the spoon of butter and then the mixtures making an omelet. When ready, cut the omelet into strips.
- Take a bowl to assemble, first add the desired amount of pasta, then the meat, omelet in strips, chives and ginger, chopped to taste.
- Serve this delicious hot.
