Penne with Tomato Sauce and Basil
500g of Penne with Eggs Dallas
1 bunch chopped basil
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
4 garlic gloves minced
Grated Parmesan cheese
In a frying pan, over medium heat, heat the oil. Saute the onion and garlic well. Add the tomato extract, peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and water. Stir the ingredients. Cover the pan, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
While the sauce is on the fire, cook the pasta Penne with Eggs Dallas following the directions on the packaging. Drain and mix in tomato sauce.
